If the instructor needs to cancel a class, all participants will be notified as soon as possible via email or text.
In the event of a cancellation, participants may reschedule the class or receive a full refund.

Cancellation Window:
Participants may cancel their booking for free up to 24 hours before the start of class.
Late Cancellations:
Cancellations made within 24 hours of the class start time will be subject to a 50% cancellation fee.
No Shows:
If the participant does not attend their class and fails to cancel within the 24-hour window, they will be charged the full class amount.
REschEdUlIng…
Participants may reschedule their class up to 24 hours before the start of class without any additional charge.
Rescheduling requests made within 24 hours of the start of class may incur a 25% rescheduling fee.
REFUNDS…
Refunds will be processed for cancellations made within the appropriate time frame (more than 24 hours before class) or in cases where the instructor cancels the class.
Refunds will not be provided for late cancellations or no-shows, except in the case of emergencies, which will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

We understand that emergencies happen. If you need to cancel within the 24-hour window due to an emergency, please contact us as soon as possible to discuss your situation.
We may offer to reschedule your class or give a partial refund at our discretion.
