Rachel Gero

“I am passionate about helping people find freedom in their minds and bodies. Our offerings are designed to be inclusive and supportive for everyone, no matter where they are on their journey.”

Rachel is a dedicated trauma-informed yoga instructor and life coach with a passion for helping individuals heal, grow, and thrive. With a deep understanding of the mind-body connection, Rachel integrates compassionate practices that support emotional well-being and personal transformation.

The Everleigh Collective emerged after she experienced her own journey of healing. This is when she then realized the profound impact that trauma-informed practices can have on one's life. Her journey inspired her to share these techniques in hopes of others finding their paths to recovery and self-discovery. Rachel combines yoga, mindfulness, and coaching techniques to create a safe and nurturing space where clients can reconnect with their bodies, process past experiences, and build a resilient future.

When not teaching or coaching, Rachel enjoys time outdoors with family, thrifting, photography, and art. All of these passions further fuel her devotion for living a balanced and authentic life.
